FrozenCPU.com

I received my first order from FrozenCPU.com about a week or two ago. In usual style I grabbed what I needed and didn't dig to the bottom puffed plastic stuff. First thing I did notice though was the invoice, cool, I like to know I only got charged for what I am receiving. Then I saw a note that looked like it was typed out on notepad that stated they didn't have the product in stock, replaced it with a similar item, still did the custom sleeve job and credited my account the difference. I was rather impressed by this. Never have I received that kind of personal attention from an e-tailor. Newegg is great and all, but do people actually work there?

Nevermind that, fast forward to this Saturday. I was cleaning out the apartment and I pick up the fluff filled box and dug around to make sure no little pieces (what I like to call extra parts) were floating around and lo and behold a t shirt! I did not order such t shirt, but there it was! I realized that living on Long Island being nerd is IN! So I put that baby on and drove with the girlfriend to Dave and Busters and gamed the night away in my nerdy glory.

Although I didn't pick up any women, my friend read the front slowly.."Frozen CPU?....Isn't that bad?" Of course I had to laugh but he hasn't a clue about overclocking or any of that type of stuff.

In the end I look at it like this. Free advertising for them, free shirt for me, everyone's happy!

Look back in the future for an actual review of FrozenCPU.com, and many other only E-tailors that cater to the enthusiast community.
